Job Overview
Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

We want to hear from you if...

Have already graduated between 2022 – 2025.

Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.

Keen interest in a career in financial services.

The identified candidate will be given opportunities to showcase skills in the some of the credit operational areas within the Wealth Business that consists of Credit Cards and Security-Based Lending Underwriting, Collections, Data and Analytics. The hiring manager will set clear tasks with tangible outputs and timelines within the 12 month period that is designed to develop talents into high performers on skills, task delivery and leadership.
