HOURS: M-F 4 pm - 9 pm
Pay Range
$18.50 - $27.75
Major Responsibilities:
Retrieves and transports soiled linen from rooms.
Sorts and re-distributes clean linen.
Inventories and records linen orders.
Checks linen quality following established guidelines. Returns unacceptable linen to corporate laundry.
Loads, unloads and operates washers and dryers.
Keeps linen room in clean and orderly condition.

Experience Required:
No experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to work alone and to understand the physical arrangements of the facilities.
Performs tasks without disrupting operations of the doctors, nurses, patients, public, and other staff.
Ability to set priorities, be aware of and follow department policies and procedures in all situations.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs from floor to various heights occasionally.
Must be able to lift/drag a 55 lbs bucket over a 40 foot distance.
Must be able to push while utilizing 20 lbs of force over a long distance.
Must be able to retrieve 5 lbs object from a low level up to waist, reach across and back.
