As a Sales Account Executive for Infor's Installed Base, you will manage long-term relationships with existing customers and drive sustainable, repeatable revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, guide customers through Infor’s solutions, and ensure continued value delivery.
You will play a central role in orchestrating account strategies, leveraging cross-functional resources, and achieving ambitious sales targets while building strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
A day in the Life typically includes
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Infor customers across your territory
Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating internal teams to address customer needs
Build strategic account plans and conduct regular check-ins with priority clients
Identify new sales opportunities (white space) and lead value-driven conversations
Conduct in-person and remote meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Operations, etc.)
Maintain CRM (SFDC) and forecasting tools (Clari) with accurate, up-to-date insights
Use MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and advance sales opportunities
Basic qualifications
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in enterprise software sales or B2B account management
Proficiency in Value Selling, C-Level engagement, and opportunity management
Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and forecast discipline using Clari
Advanced presentation skills and strong command of PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to build and execute structured territory and account plans
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification framework
Experience in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance sectors
Working knowledge of GenAI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Le Chat
Multilingual proficiency is a plus
