Project Manager - Enterprise Transformation

Lead cross-functional squads delivering digital transformation projects for regional FMCG clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own project plans, sprint rhythms, and stakeholder communications across engineering, data, and CX teams.
• Run hybrid Agile ceremonies (Scrum + Kanban) and maintain delivery dashboards via Jira and Confluence.
• Track budget burn and vendor contracts; escalate delivery risks with data-backed recommendations.
• Mentor PMO analysts and contribute reusable playbooks for discovery, pilot, and rollout phases.

Qualifications:
• 6+ years managing enterprise software or process modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration stacks (Miro, Slack).
• Strong stakeholder facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to VP-level sponsors.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
