Drive integrated acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, email, and onsite experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns for Filipino SMB clients in retail and hospitality.
• Optimize funnel performance using first-party analytics from GA4 and HubSpot.
• Partner with in-house creatives to deliver localized copy and visual assets.
• Report weekly KPIs to account directors and recommend actionable experiments.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience managing PHP 200k+ monthly ad budgets.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and TikTok Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO basics and on-page optimization.
• Comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
