Night Shift Contact Center Team Lead (Clark PEZA)

ClarkSupport Hub is expanding our PEZA-accredited operations and hiring a Night Shift BPO Team Lead to oversee 12 agents handling contact center programs. You will manage performance, coach team members, and coordinate with US clients.

Requirements:
- 4+ years in the BPO industry with at least 1 year in leadership
- Familiar with call center metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA)
- Willing to work onsite in Clark (company shuttle provided)
- Strong background with PEZA compliance
